- Find your order using its items, date, or reference.
- Read the status and the delivery updates shown on the order.
What the status means
- Pending
- The order is awaiting the next processing step. Check its payment information as well.
- Processing
- The order is being prepared.
- Shipped
- The order has moved to delivery.
- Delivered
- The order is marked as delivered.
- Cancelled or Returned
- Check the order details and any refund panel for further information.
Delivery updates
The order page shows tracking details when they have been added to your order. Check it again for the latest recorded update.
